Villa XENIA can host up to 7 guests (6 adults and 1 child up to 2 yo).
During MID and HIGH season the villa can be rented for minimum 7 days (Saturday to Saturday).
A security deposit of 300 euro must be paid upon arrival. This amount returned upon departure in case of no damages.
To confirm the booking there is a pre-payment of 30%. The final payment take place 45 days bofore arrival.
